Vitrine Review welcomes editorial correspondence from curators, archivists, image researchers, and rights specialists. This page explains how to reach the editorial team and how to request a correction. It does not provide a working form, phone number, or physical address.

To write to the editorial team, use the contact details published in the footer of this site. Messages are reviewed in the order received. Please keep correspondence concise and relevant to the publication's scope: archive histories, rights and reproduction, or visual reading.

When requesting an editorial correction, identify the article clearly. Include the full title, the slug or URL, the rubrique and cote if shown, and the date of publication. Quote the exact passage or claim you believe is inaccurate. State the nature of the error and the correction you propose.

Provide evidence that supports your request. Suitable evidence may include a citation to a published source, a catalog record, a rights statement, a policy document, or a verifiable institutional reference. If the correction concerns an image, note that images on this site are illustrative AI images, and explain how the caption or description misrepresents them.

Corrections are assessed on accuracy, relevance, and clarity of evidence. Accepted corrections are noted in the article with a dated note where appropriate. Requests that lack identification or evidence may be returned for more detail. We do not accept requests to remove accurate reporting or to alter editorial judgments.
